Output Sandstone Terrace approached Captive to help create a lively brand which would help them bring new home owners into the market. Captive provided creative direction for photography and other services, developed a website that works on a desktop and on the go on phones and tablets as well as their logo, brand, tone, letterhead and business cards. Launching simultaneously with the new brand and website were an Indoor Network campaign and online banner and search ads.
Outcome Thanks in part to a simultaneously launched Google Adwords and Facebook advertising campaigns, the site made a strong showing its first week attracting several hundred potential homeowners. One fifth of the site's visitors made multiple visits back to the site over subsequent weeks.
